This will allow you to cancel and change your apt at your own convenience for when life happens. Be aware that you will not be able to change your appointment in this way if your desired reschedule is within a 24 hour period. You will have to still call our office to reschedule those appointments. Any re-exam and progress report appointment should also be a call-in to our staff so we may accommodate your time for you!
